Catherine Ashe is an experienced coach, facilitator, researcher and leadership Consultant. She qualified as an Executive Coach through the Irish Management Institute/University College Cork with a post grad. Dip. (hons) and holds a M.Sc. in Educational and Training Management (hons). She is also qualified to facilitate psychometric assessments.
Her professional background has been as a leader in the following sectors: Statutory, Community, Voluntary, Charity and Business.
Catherine’s consulting style has also been been influenced by co-active and collaborative approaches as outlined in Whitworth et al (1998). As a consultant, she takes a catalyst stance in her consulting processes by harnessing the motivation and energy of people to help maximise their performance and sustain their personal and professional development.
Catherine is a qualified restorative practitioner and trainer and has a particular interest in restorative processes as a way of striving for integrity and natural justice.
